Our Team
Debbie Belleville
Debbie has over 20 years of experience in Title Production, Escrow Closing and Title Examination. Debbie was born and raised in Colorado and has lived in Moffat County for over 30 years. Debbie opened Alpine Title of Moffat County LLC in February 2001 and has been serving the community ever since. She is a life member of the VFW Post 4265 Auxiliary and serves as a Veterans Administration Fiduciary.

In July 2022, Alpine Title added three new members to our Processing Team.
Kristi Shepherd
Kristi brings exceptional organizational skills, an eye for detail, and a tremendous supporting attitude to the team. Outside of work, she enjoys sports, time with her family, and supporting local veterans organizations.
Brandi White
Brandi contributes strong leadership skills and a sharp focus on research. She enjoys time with her family, being the mom of two small children, and spending time with her favorite fur baby, Thor.
Maryiris Gottschall
Maryiris brings experience in oil and gas research and a keen attention to legal descriptions. She enjoys quiet time, self-awareness, and the many learning opportunities that the title industry offers.
